Chris and I decided to create a blog for a couple of different reasons -- and yes, we are both behind this blog and it's going to be EPIC. We have a lot of family and friends that we live far from (about 2,131 miles from to be exact) and we thought that having a blog would be a great way to share our life with the people we love. We also wanted to keep a record for family history and we both are terrible about updating our journal -- Chris currently has a blank journal. We have felt inspired to share more of our life and how we strive to have a healthy marriage, financial security, and growth and development in all aspects of life. Many of the blogs I have seen paint the picture of a perfect life -- this blog will be more like a beautiful mess. It will also be a creative outlet where we can share some of our DIY projects, home improvement, home decor, food masterpieces, photography and anything else we feel like sharing just because. It will be a medley of all things Chris, Alan
